Melissa Alton is a Cuban-American who was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications, and returned to South Florida for law school and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law. While studying at St. Thomas University, Mrs. Alton worked for several different law firms in addition to her involvement in extra curricular organizations such as the Cuban-American Student Bar Association and the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. Currently, Mrs. Alton enjoys being involved in her local community and is an active Board Member of the Miami Lakes Bar Association. She focuses her practice on personal injury and business law, and enjoys helping individuals realize their dreams and goals. As a small business owner herself, she prides herself on representing business owners who are growing within their industries and need the right legal documents in place to protect themselves, their business, and their assets.
When she is not fighting for her client’s rights, Mrs. Alton enjoys spending time with her husband, their three (3) wild children, and their lovable English Bulldog, Lupin.
